China Donated Bronze Acupuncture Figure to the WHO

On January 18, President Xi Jinping visited the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva and met with Margaret Chan, the Secretary-General of WHO, to present and donate bronze acupuncture figure to the World Health Organization. Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech, we should inherit, develop, and make good use of traditional Chinese medicine, with an open and inclusive mentality to promote better integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. China expects the World Health Organization to play a greater role in promoting the revitalization and development of Chinese medicine and make greater contributions to promoting human health, improving global health governance and achieving a better vision of health for all.

 



Present Xi Jinping Congratulated the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine
